 There is a secure communal pool and sunbathing area within a 100 metre walk of the apartment. This serves the residents of the Apartment Block in which the apartment is based. As this facility is only available to residents of La Quinta, it is only used by a few people at any given time. The communal pool is made up of two pools, a large one for swimming and a smaller paddling pool for younger children and less able swimmers.The whole complex is surrounded by a stunning stone built wall and is beautifully landscaped with terraces, trees and gardens. The gardens are also well manicured lawns and all manner of exotic flowers. The Swimming Pool area is equipped with its own shower and toilet block for the convenience of its residence.
